Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Nytek VPN account and all associated data, please complete the form below. We take your privacy seriously and will process your request in accordance with our privacy policy.

What Data is Deleted:

  • Your VPN account credentials (email, if applicable)
  • Your VPN usage data and activity logs (if stored)
  • Any associated user preferences/settings

What Data is Retained:

  • Transaction/payment records (for legal and tax compliance) — retained for up to 5 years
  • Support tickets or correspondence related to your account — retained for 12 months

Note: Once your request is processed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 5 working days.
